Lubricate The Scorpion Motor

To keep your brushless motor operating at maximum performance, it is important that the bearings in your motor be properly maintained. This is especially true of helicopter motors that often spin in excess of 45,000 RPM. In an average flight, the motor in a 450 size helicopter spins around almost a quarter million times! Without proper lubrication, the balls in the bearings can wear out quickly, leading to premature failure.

We have put together a motor bearing lubrication kit to help extend the life of the bearings in your Scorpion brushless motor. This kit contains a 25cc bottle of bearing lubricant and two needle point applicator nozzles. One nozzle is 1" long, and will work with the 22mm and 30mm motors, and the other nozzle is 1.5" long to use with 40mm and larger motors.

The oil included in the kit is a special product that actually bonds to the metal parts, and resists being thrown out by the high speed and centrifugal forces inside the bearings. A small drop placed on each bearing about once every 10 flights is enough to maintain proper lubrication to insure the longest possible life for your motor bearings.

25th and 26th The Wet Day Of the Year....

Oh well for all the RC hobbiest it is the most frustrating moment "BAD WEATHER",

Since Yesterday Morning i did Plan to Fly My Heli. Early in the morning but the weather dosen't seem good to fly, where the rain was start pouring since 12 mid night, then i plan to fly in the afternoon but no changes in weather, I Switch on my computer and start on the simulator till i got sleepy, then thank god i woke hope with lots of hopes to fly in the morning the next day .....

But Guess what.... its still raining, luckily it Jerry Garage sale time, oh thanks to him to spare me His Spektrum Reciever AR7000 and AR6200 damn good for the value of money to get cheap stuff from garage sale. Then i went back home and sleep to wait for the afternoon weather to be fine, after i woke up around 1715Hr, there is still drizzles out there. Its has been raining for 48Hrs now. Then now the time is 2115Hrs am typing at the moment writing about the weather and checking on internet weather forecast it shows patches of cloud saying that the weather wont be fine for this 48hrs.

But thank to Allah the fun fly has been done a week ago, which from the review by Senior Brunei RC flyer, said "this is the most successful moment of fun fly in Brunei ever". Hopefully after all the arrangement of the club to be publish in the near future we will make a full announcement about it. I my self will keep this blog Update through time.

My CX Alumunium

I call my Cx450 as Hj Bugar, actually its a copter X, where this heli being modified with some trex component to satisfied my flying criteria. In which i ll explain more about him more later on. The head of CX is made of cnc metal, but what do u expect of copy item frm China it bend easily after crashes, therefore frusturation came, soo if u guy plan to upgrade replace the main head with align V2 head, onemore thing that need to considre is change the swahplate due to slop after the milage of rotation has gone too far hehehe:)
In here am using hitec HG5000 with hs5083 servo, which i feel happy with the performance, but i sstill impress with futaba 401 with 9257. For my next project on my legendary pigeon m450 upgrade.
For a better gyro response, i install a carbon fiber tail blade, with trex v2 tail pith slider and control system.
Am using Spectrum Dx7 Tx with AR7000 RX, overall performance am installing 3500kv 14T Walkera BLS, with 30A esc from himodel, fueling with electric Kong Power lipo for better performance, achivement of hj bugar, biginner 3D at high altitude only. Future intend 50 Class heli for more stable flight and 3D Trex600 with GY611. Inspired heli RC pilot Jufrin, G Pyan, Erwan Said, Manaf, Nizam and Irwan the pro align NSP 600.
